Orange 500 DNA size standard 800 loadings

The fluorescent pattern of the size of the Orange-500 is a very accurate, fluorescently marked, pattern of size for analysis of the size of pik fragments on each ABI sequential with a 5-barrow spectral calibration.The pattern contains 16, marked with Orange dye, uniform fragments in the range of 35 to 500 pairs of rules. The pattern consists of the following fragments: 35, 50, 75, 100, 139, 150, 160, 200, 250, 300, 340, 350, 400, 450, 490 and 500 pz.
